The information furnished to us will be referred to as the "Evaluation Material." The term "Evaluation Material" does not include information that

2] was or becomes available to us on a non-confidential basis prior to its disclosure to us
3] was or becomes available to us on a non-confidential basis from another source
We agree we will use the Evaluation Material solely and exclusively for the purpose of evaluating our possible participation with you in possible activities. We will promptly, upon your request, destroy all information and provide to you a letter stating that such material has been destroyed.
We do not sell nor disclose email addresses, names, titles, company names, phone numbers, mailing addresses nor other forms of communication
